₹99 COD Advance & Partial Payment Policy

POWERNIX provides Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. For COD order verification, our customer care team may request a ₹99 advance payment after contacting you. The advance is part of your order payment, not an additional product charge.

How ₹99 advance COD verification works

  1. Place an eligible order on www.powernixscales.com and choose COD when available.
  2. The POWERNIX team may call or message you to confirm the customer name, delivery address, PIN code and order details.
  3. If ₹99 COD advance verification applies, the team will communicate the payment instructions through our confirmed customer support channel. You may pay by the approved UPI/payment method and share the payment reference for verification.
  4. Once the payment has been verified, our team confirms the remaining COD amount and next steps. Actual shipping and availability are subject to order verification and courier serviceability.
  5. Pay the remaining order amount, after accounting for any verified ₹99 advance and applicable approved adjustments, to the delivery agent when the order arrives.

Example: ₹1,599 COD order

If the order total is ₹1,599 and an advance of ₹99 has been paid and accepted against the order, the remaining amount to collect on delivery is ₹1,500. There should be no double collection of the same ₹99 advance.

Important payment safety

Always verify that a payment request is from official POWERNIX customer support. Do not transfer money to unknown numbers or third parties. For verification call +91 82098 77020 or message official POWERNIX WhatsApp. Do not share your UPI PIN, OTP or banking password.

Cancellation, returns & refunds

If your order is cancelled, rejected or returned, the treatment of any verified ₹99 advance will be reviewed against the applicable Refund & Returns Policy and consumer rights. Please contact support with the order number and payment reference. This page does not impose an automatic forfeiture of the advance.

Prepaid orders and promotions

Full-prepaid purchases are separate from COD verification. Any advertised prepaid-order discount is subject to the offer actually displayed and applied at checkout, including any eligibility conditions. A ₹99 COD advance is not the same as a ₹99 prepaid-order discount.
