POWERNIX sells digital tabletop and platform weighing scales online at www.powernixscales.com. We arrange dispatch and delivery to eligible serviceable addresses across India through available shipping partners.
Delivery availability
Delivery and COD availability depend on the destination PIN code, parcel weight and courier serviceability. Estimated delivery dates, shipping fees and applicable charges should be confirmed at checkout or with customer care before purchase. An order confirmation does not guarantee service to every PIN code.
COD verification and advance
For an eligible COD order, our team may call to verify the address and may request a ₹99 advance. Verified advance payments are applied against the order amount. For details, read the ₹99 COD Advance Policy.
Tracking and delivery assistance
Once a shipment is booked, the team or the shipping partner may share tracking details. Please contact POWERNIX if you need to correct a delivery detail or report a delivery problem. For damaged parcels, keep photographs of the outer package and contact support promptly.
Returns, repair shipments and shipping addresses
Always contact customer care before shipping a product back. We will advise the authorised return/service destination and any applicable arrangement. The business contact location is not automatically a returns address.
